i enjoyed the guided nature walk, jen was very knowledgeable and friendly! check-in was smooth and the staff seemed happy to help. i found the free guided nature walk particularly enjoyable, jen was knowledgeable and friendly!
the lack of a microwave in the rooms or at least in a centralized location felt inconvenient! i wish they considered guests who might want to heat up leftovers or make a quick snack. it would add a lot of value to the stay!

The staff exhibited friendliness and really good helpfulness. Dominiq stood out! the team generally displayed a positive attitude, showing energy in their roles. overall, the service contributed positively to the stay!

the premiere room i occupied presented itself well with a clean and spacious design. the room included nice touches, such as turn-down service and complimentary chocolates. this greatly helped with creating a relaxing stay.

I loved that the resort EXISTS in the mountains. All the workers were very FRIENDLY.
The mattress is worn. I reminded me of sleeping in a bowl. Walls HAVE no sound insulation so I heard every conversation next door.

I found the staff super helpful. The location nestled among pine trees was fabulous. The loft suite included underfloor heating and a fireplace that I very much appreciated. It had great views of the slopes and was spacious.
The gondola only operated until 6 pm. After that, I had to wait for a ride up the mountain and there were sometimes many people ahead.

The food choice are hearty and mountain-themed. I found some dishes were excellent and other were consistently inconsistent.

The suite had ample robe space and hooks, important for winter gear. I found the provided bath salts were a nice touch. The space was clean and well-kept with a great view.

The gondola ride provided beautiful views, quite amazing. Alpine meadow trails offered some of my favourite hikes. Hot tub access was appreciated after hiking.
